Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Collision Manager vehicle concerns concerns
• Diagnose and assess collision repairs 
• Manage repairs to ensure completion by promise times
• Maintain a professional work station  and work area
• Diligent about driver safety and obey all federal, state and local law
• Meet or exceed hourly goals
• Ensure quality work and that the repairs will be satisfactory to the customer

Requirements:

• Genuine desire to serve
• Technical School Training required
• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Valid driver's license and clean driving history
• Desire for long-term career development
