The e-commerce fulfillment specialist is responsible for sorting, packing, and shipping a large quantity of consumer goods from online marketplaces. The e-commerce fulfillment specialist will safely pack a wide range of fragile parts and accessories under time-sensitive deadlines and deliver the wow factor to our customers through well packaged items and quick shipment times.

Responsibilities

• Perform all activities related to order fulfillment
• Assist with daily carrier pickup
• Troubleshoot address verification issues
• Monitor packing supply levels to ensure we NEVER run out
• Participate in all training activities to acquire skills on the job
• Package and ship a high volume of product accurately
• Use critical thinking skills to prevent shipping errors
• Learn and apply company policies, procedures and guidelines to complete assigned duties
• Perform other related duties as assigned (may include counter work)

Qualifications

• Be able to read and write proficiently in order to properly and clearly communicate with our customers.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to use computers and various software applications
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work respectfully and cooperatively with a diverse group of individuals from a variety of educational, social, and economic backgrounds
• Follow workplace quality and safety standards.
