Responsibilities:

  • Processing of all dealership state paperwork 
  • Verification of payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles.
  • Posting of vehicles to inventory
  • Data Entry
  • Assist with sorting of finalized paperwork
  • Invoicing of vehicles

Requirements:

  • Previous experience a plus
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Quality writing and grammar skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel and Word or similar computer programs 
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
  • Detailed follow up
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to work independently
