Social Media Marketing Director

 Responsibilities:

• Boost the company's presence on all social media platforms
• Boost engagement on all social media platforms
• Work with management to promote all community events (before, during and after)
• Develop a strategy to dominate the market with social media presence
• Work with the dealership sales and service teams to promote all specials and programs as they change daily, weekly or monthly
• Recommend to management when and where to boost posts to generate the most engagement 

Requirements:

• College degree preferred but not necessary
• Marketing degree preferred but not necessary
• Automotive dealership experience a plus but not necessary
• Marketing experience a plus but not necessary
• Strong social media marketing skills
• High proficiency in all social media platforms
• Hunger to learn and improve
• Mind for efficiency and automation
• Ability to work with technical software
