Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit warranty claims 
• Follow up on claims and ensure that all criteria is met that is required by manufacturer
• Reconcile all warranty receivables and communicating with the accounting department regularly
• Able to work with little supervision
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Requirements:

• Previous experience a plus
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Willingness to take initiative
• Quality writing and grammar skills
• Computer literacy
• Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
• Detailed follow up
• Professional appearance
• Ability to work independently
